House rules – B&B beApart

General
Check-in and check-out will take place at the agreed-upon times. Please let us know if this is not possible.
You will receive a key upon arrival. Please return it personally upon departure.
Only registered guests have access to the room. Visitors are not permitted.
The room is intended for short stays only. Working, meetings, or photoshoots are not permitted without prior consultation.
Please respect the peace and quiet in the house, especially between 10pm and 7am.

Smoking, pets and safety
Smoking is not allowed in the room or indoor areas.
Pets are not allowed.
Candles, incense or other open flames are prohibited for safety reasons.

Food and drink
Small snacks or drinks in the room are no problem.
Preparing or taking hot meals into the room is not permitted.

Hygiene and care
Please use the room and furniture with care. Damage or excessive soiling may result in a charge.

Other
Parties or noisy gatherings are not allowed.
On departure, please leave the room in a tidy condition.
In case of damage or defect, please report this so we can resolve it.
